Bubba and Paola found out in spring last year that they were expecting. This was quite the surprise, and everyone was so ready and excited for a new little one. We all wanted a little girl so bad, but we also wanted a little boy for Hendrix to have for a buddy. So in the summer, we all got together at the park and had a gender reveal party. Paola and Bubba opened a present with an outfit revealing the gender of a boy! We were all so surprised and sure it was going to be a girl. Emma was so upset.
Well this little guy came and we are in love with him! So proud of Paola, this was not the easiest pregnancy for her, but she made it through a hot summer and teaching preschool.
We of course are so in love with this guy! He is such a blessing.

| Brookie was battling a runny nose when he was born. I was pretty sure it was allergies, but I didn't want to risk it, so she had to wait a couple days to go to the hospital to visit him. |
